Develop models for the Customer Propensity to Act database to predict the likelihood that customers will take specific actions
Simulate the impact of future provider-focused marketing and/or sales activities to identify the optimal result
Design custom analysis tools in applications such as R, Python, Microsoft Excel, and SAS
Synthesize and communicate results to key stakeholders
Collaborate with the promotion strategy, technology, and brand teams to ensure results can be implemented in the marketplace
Develops and maintains a knowledge repository for Customer Engagement Analytics to ensure capture of and easy access to insights and best practices
Focuses on analytic and reporting process improvements to create efficiencies over time
Shares analytic best practices and continuous improvement across the CE Analytics team
Proactively identifies and addresses opportunities to develop technical skill and leadership capabilities to enable long term CE vision
